Alton M. Reynolds, senior vice president, has been active nationally and internationally in the healthcare field for the past thirty years, both clinically and as a consultant. Currently, Mr. Reynolds spearheads our efforts in the areas of physician executive recruitment, the recruitment of sub-specialists, and selective physician specialists. The diversity of his background and the clientele he serves have enhanced his unique qualifications:

• 13 years of expertise in healthcare executive search and leadership selection;
  
• Recognized expertise in virtually all aspects of physician search;
  
• Active in merger & acquisitions, and valuation/appraisal for leading healthcare providers;
  
• Extensive healthcare clinical and consultative services in a wide variety of settings, ranging from major medical centers, (i.e. Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania) to a small rural hospital on the North Carolina coast;
  
• Technological expertise, which includes a position as director of business development - healthcare, for AgentWare, and founding of MEDnet Diagnostics;
  
• Public speaker on medical staff development issues, creation of MSOs and IPAs, team building, role negotiation, and dispute resolution in healthcare settings, and
  
• adjunct faculty at Drexel University in Philadelphia, teaching a decision making course to MHA candidates.

Mr. Reynolds graduated from Antioch University in Ohio and earned his Master's degree in Education/Organizational Development from Temple University in Pennsylvania. Civic interests for Mr. Reynolds are wide ranging and include volunteer work with hospice patients and teaching sports activities to children at Dunwoody Baptist Wellness Center. He has been active in many professional associations, some of which include:

• American College of Healthcare Executives;
  
• Georgia Association of Healthcare Executives (past board member);
  
• American Society for Healthcare Marketing & Public Relations, and
  
• Technology Association of Georgia - Healthcare Society
