Further, we believe our billings should keep pace with our production, and as such, we do not bill at preordained dates. We take on the majority of the financial risk for our success and have a truly vested interest in making a great match. Not just presenting candidates who “might work.” We bill an initial retainer, and then our interim and final billings are submitted, respectively, when we begin to present well-qualified candidates and shortly after the chosen professional accepts the position. Practically speaking, we can customize the timing and number of our billings to best work with our clients.

Many successful candidates and the organizations they serve believe that the first 90-120 days of employment are a virtual grace period. We believe nothing is farther from the truth. An executive’s first few months on the job are crucial because during this time key individuals (board members, physician leadership, and other executives) form lasting opinions of the candidate’s “cultural fit” and leadership ability. Our process incorporates executive coaching on selected searches into the first few months of employment to further ensure a long-term match.
Executives moving into new assignments must be able to lead the organization in a manner that is both understood and respected. They must be able to assimilate the culture quickly, assess the abilities of the staff and the capacity of the organization to grow and meet competitive challenges. The executive’s success requires a variety of skills and abilities that must be focused within a very short period of time. Executive coaching is a process that assists the new executive with many of these challenges and provides the means to make the right decisions in the first critical months of the new assignment.
