Jeff Korn is currently a trusted strategic advisor to numerous Healthcare Revenue Cycle entities.
Mr. Korn is an accomplished senior Revenue Cycle executive with more than 30 years progressive healthcare industry experience. Recognized for emphasizing above average financial and operational results he is uniquely qualified for search assignments having lead Revenue Cycle operations for hospital-based health care systems, physician organizations and a large dental group practice. Recruited by Board members and C-Level executives to his four most recent Revenue Cycle leadership positions which have included Vice-President and
Executive Director level roles at large multi-facility health systems, academic medical centers, and multi-specialty physician groups. In both for profit and not for profit business models Mr. Korn’s leadership contributions have included many instances where he has identified and recruited the most qualified and cultural “best fit” candidates for executive level Revenue Cycle positions.
His strengths in providing leadership vision and mentoring, challenging process, team building skills and inspiring an operational culture of high performance will ensure a more successful executive search process based on his ability to listen and assist with the identification of a client’s unique candidate requirements and cultural team dynamics. Mr. Korn received his bachelor’s degree Florida State University’s College of Business and is an Advanced member of HFMA. He also maintains an extensive Revenue Cycle network of provider and vendor professionals. He finds personal fulfillment through community activities such as voluntary HOA Board membership, youth sports as well as participating in and supporting Autism advocacy organizations.
