An affiliate of the American College of Healthcare Executives and a member of the American Association of Healthcare Consultants (AAHC). Mr. Nagle is also a certified healthcare consultant in the AAHC, one of a handful of healthcare executive recruiters so recognized. His civic interests are varied, including serving several years as Chairman of the Board of the American Sudden Infant Death Syndrome Institute.

Mac Knight has over 40 years of experience in the healthcare arena, as a practicing physician, physician executive, healthcare consultant, expert witness and industry thought leader. He has practiced and held leadership positions in community and academic settings and is familiar with the operation of hospitals in both rural and urban settings. He is frequently asked to speak at national meetings and has authored or co-authored multiple books and articles on a variety of healthcare related topics.

Dr. Ron Strieker
Over the last 25 years Dr. Ron Strieker has been active in both the private and public sectors improving organizational infrastructures by means of executive coaching, human resources management, facilitation, goal attainment, and management development.
Dr. Strieker’s career experience also includes serving as the chief human resource officer for United Health Services, Inc., a fully integrated, multi-facility healthcare delivery system employing over 3,000 FTEs.

Carol Danielson has 30 plus years of experience in clinical executive leadership roles in a variety of hospital-based health care systems. Included are adult, pediatric, community and teaching hospitals, non-profit, for-profit and faith based, where her responsibilities ranged from overseeing multiple service lines to more widespread general clinical operations in acute inpatient and ambulatory settings. Ms. Danielson is a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives and is a Certified Nurse Executive.

He has served as Chairman of the National Child Life Certifying Commission (CLCC), Baltimore Rape Crisis Center and Newport Martin Luther King Center.

Michael has more than 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry. In addition to executive search, Michael is a leader with demonstrated success in a variety of healthcare roles including executive management, consulting, and physician and employee engagement. Leadership positions have included hospitals ranging in size from 50 beds to 750 beds. He has consulted for the largest for-profit healthcare organization on projects including strategic planning, 360-degree feedback and process improvement. Prior to his return to healthcare management, he served as vice-president of a nationally recognized retained executive search firm. Before joining Nagle & Associates he was an integral part of a startup telemedicine company where he developed relationships with employees and physicians to support and improve the company culture. Michael leads our Southwestern search practice which is based in Austin TX.

Terry has over 40 years’ experience working in large multi-hospital, community, rural and critical access health systems, IT consulting, and IT vendor organizations.

His long tenure as an executive with Tenet Healthcare has given him deep insight into healthcare operations and strategy as well as a depth of knowledge of C-Level executives in the industry and the characteristics that make these professionals successful. Prior to joining Nagle & Associates, Mr. Smith’s most recent experience was developing and leading a health network in Northern California which was a joint venture between a notfor-profit and for-profit health systems. At that time, it was one of the first of its kind. He also has Executive Summary Proposal October 6, 2021 Prepared by Nagle & Associates for MEDARVA Healthcare experience with Silicon Valley based technology startups including serving as Chief Revenue Officer at a telemedicine company. Prior to joining Tenet, he led consulting engagements at several health systems, payer organizations, and some non-traditional clients including the US Military Health System. Mr. Smith’s C-Level experience specific to leadership, strategy, finance, and ambulatory operations brings a high level of subject matter expertise to the search clientele with whom he partners. Mr. Smith is a graduate of the University of Georgia and is pleased to call Georgia his home again after 20 years of living across the United States.
